Our Mastermind & Co-Founder

As a Global Senior Executive in HR across many countries and different cultures, Thiago Pimentel and their team had the opportunity to lead the execution of global and corporate HR strategy for all commercial, industrial, and G&A areas. With over +25 years of experience in HR and Business processes in large and multinational companies, with a strong focus on Change Management, he had the pleasure of learn every day with diverse stakeholders and senior leadership providing solutions and innovative services related HR, Business process and Governance. Managed strategic projects for regions as Latin America, USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia, impacting employees over +35 countries in 5 continents in private and governmental companies (Join Ventures and Startups), acting also as Board Advisor in startups in different countries.

Our story

The Nexeo AI was created based on the the concept of merge the Human Capabilities and AI process, as sinergic factores and not competitors in the organizations. Based on that, was deployed a own methodology to support companies and governaments to comb this factores in structured and strategic projects with focus in Innovation and Performance improvement. Through its own AI developed in a closed environment (Veronica®), we are able to understand and develop solutions capable of accelerating its process and performance in a short space of time.

We believe that the AI process and Human Capabilities are not opposing, but rather complementary and convergent, unlocking several new opportunities and results in innovation.
